Friendship Service Center of New Britain, INC. www.friendshipservicecenter.org
The Friendship Service Center in New Britain works to end homlessness in their community.
“From that humble start, the Friendship Center has grown to encompass a Continuum of Care philosophy of offering services for those who are poor, hungry and homeless. The growth process is a story in itself, each added service an act of faith always keeping in mind the original dream born fruit in the heart and mind of our founder.”

This fund is used to assist those in our congregation and at times, those in our community, who are in financial need for items such as rent, food, or electric bills.
In 2003, the LOVE Fund was created here at Zion.
Here’s what it stands for:
Loving others as God has loved us.
Optimizing God’s blessings for others.
Valuing all of God’s children.
Envisioning God’s kingdom on earth.
